ACCOMODATION

 

We have reached an agreement with the Ercilla Hotel (a 4-stars hotel located in the downtown). The special rates for participants in the conference (taxes and breakfast included) are:

 

Double room for single use (1 person): 81euros per night

Double room (2 persons): 89 euros per night

 

Reserves in the Ercilla Hotel must be made by email in the Viajes Iberia Agency. You must send them an e-mail with the reference ‘Sarriko Conference Developments' including the following information:

 

• - Check-in and check-out dates and number of nights
• - Kind of room (double room for 1 or 2 persons)
• - Credit card (kind of credit card, name of the holder, number of the credit card and expiry date).
• - It is important you fulfil the application form and send it by mail.

The data of the credit card are essential to book the hotel. The charge to your credit card will be made between the 18^th and the 23^rd of June.

 

You must make your hotel reservations by May 31, 2012; after that date the hotel will release the block of rooms we have reserved, and rooms will either not be available or will not be available at the conference rates.
