ACCOMODATION

We have reached an agreement with the Ercilla Hotel (a 4-stars hotel located in the downtown). The special rates for participants in the conference (taxes and breakfast included) are:

Double room for single use (1 person): 82.39 euros per night

Double room (2 persons): 101.65 euros per night

We have also reached an agreement with the Barcelo-Nervión Hotel (a 3-stars hotel located in the downtown). The special rates for participants in the conference (taxes and breakfast included) are:

Single room (1 person): 62-70 euros per night

Double room (2 persons): 82 euros per night

Reserves in the Ercilla and Barceló-Nervión Hotel must be made by email in the Viajes Iberia Agency. You must send them an e-mail with the reference ‘Sarriko Conference Developments’ including the following information:

Hotel reservation

- Check-in and check-out dates and number of nights

- Kind of room (double room for 1 or 2 persons)

- Credit card (kind of credit card, name of the holder, number of the credit card and expiry date)

The data of the credit card are essential to book the hotel. The charge to your credit card will be made the first week of July. You must to make your hotel reservations by June 11, 2010; after that date the hotel will release the block of rooms we have reserved and rooms will either not be available or will not be available at the conference rates.

We have also reached an agreement with the University Residence Blas de Otero.
